Do you work with businesses anywhere in the world?
Yes. Everything happens online: a personal video review, updates by email, and a live preview link you can check any time. We keep regular hours that overlap with the UK, Europe and most of Africa, and reply within one working day.
Do we need to get on a call?
No. Projects run start to finish by email and short video updates, so you can reply whenever suits you, in any time zone.
How long does a website take?
Starter sites go live in 7 days, Business sites in 10 and Bookings sites in 14, counted from when we have your logo, photos and details.
How do payments work?
50% to start and 50% at launch. You see your finished site working on a live link before you pay the second half. We invoice in US dollars and accept international bank transfers and card payments.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the finished site is yours. If you ever want to move it to another developer or host, we'll hand over everything they need.
I already have a website. Can you redesign it?
Yes. We'll keep what works, fix what's costing you enquiries, and make sure you don't lose your Google ranking during the switch.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo, your best photos, and a short description of your services and prices. If you don't have good photos, we'll source high-quality stock images that fit your business.
Do you offer hosting?
Yes. The optional $25 a month care plan covers fast hosting, security updates, backups and small content changes. You can cancel any time.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of free fixes after launch. After that, you can join the $25 a month care plan for hosting, updates and small changes, or manage the site yourself.
